Realty Investment Services currently manages over half a million square feet of office, industrial and retail space ranging from a large office and warehouse complex to a shopping center. Services include lease management, procurement of goods and services, preventative maintenance, emergency procedures, security, capital improvements, tenant relations, tax appeals, re-financing and market assessment.
