Don Brewer CCIM
Don has been in the real estate business in Knoxville, TN since 1995 and formed Realty Investment Services in 2000. During that time he has been involved as a principal or broker in office leasing, office development, land development, retail leasing, and income property sales. He served as President of the East Tennessee Chapter of CCIM in 2003. Before coming to Knoxville, he owned and operated a business in Dallas, TX. Don brings a broad range of practical business experience, strong interpersonal skills, along with expertise in real estate financial analysis.

Mitchell Taylor CCIM, SIOR
Mitch is a Partner with Realty Investment Services and has been in the commercial real estate industry for 19 years. During this period he has worked with national companies such as ABB, Ruby Tuesday, Team Health, Equitable Life Assurance and IBM to name a very few. Mitch is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BS in Economics, and he was an officer in the US Army. He holds both the CCIM and SIOR designations.

Alex Taylor
Alex graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2004 with a degree in finance. Following his graduation Alex moved to Saratoga, Wyoming where he was a fishing guide for The Old Baldy Club for two years. He began his career in the commercial real estate with NAI Knoxville in January of 2006 and then joined Realty Investment Services in April of 2007. He has represented national clients including All State, Edward Jones, BB&T Bank, GE and Charles Schwab. His primary duties include general brokerage, site selection and marketing.

John Voss
John Voss serves as the property manager and brokerage’s administrative assistant. Realty Investment Services manages four office properties. John came to Realty Investment after 13 years with Anderson News Company as a national account manager to national retailers such as Walgreens, Kmart, Rite Aid and several leading regional retailers. Prior to that John spent 10 years working in operations for a department store retailer. John is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
