Ruby Tuesday, Inc. founded in 1972 with corporate offices in Maryville, Tn., has over 930 casual dining restaurants in the United States and abroad which generated $1.4 billion in sales in 2007. Ruby Tuesday retained our services in the identification and acquisition of over fifteen restaurants locations in East Tennessee. These included sites in Knoxville, Athens, Johnson City, Morristown, Dandridge, Rockwood and Sevierville.

SSC Service Solutions, a Knoxville, Tn. based janitorial service and facilities maintenance company with over 6,500 employees, has over 1,000 customers in 25 states and annual revenue in excess of $140 million. SSC Service Solutions took advantage of our market knowledge and insight to relocate their corporate offices to a 44,000 square foot headquarters building.

Our services were retained in selling a large class A office building for Wells Funds through Collier International's Atlanta affiliate. Colliers International is a full service real estate company with 293 offices in 61 countries.

Grace Commercial Properties Portfolio
Grace Commercial Properties is a closely held private investment and development firm based in Johnson City, TN. In 2000 Grace purchased two multi-tenant office buildings (MIG Building and Summit III) and one shopping center (Harvest Towne). Subsequently RIS was engaged to provide management and leasing services.

Bearden Hill Office Partners is a general partnership consisting of Don Brewer of Realty Investment Services, Paul Harrison of Long, Ragsdale, Waters, and Kirk Huddleston of Blaine Construction. It is a single purpose entity created in 2004 for the development of an office building in the historic Knollwood development in the Bearden area of Knoxville, TN.
